2. Geographic scope

Unless otherwise specified, sales made through this website are available only for delivery within the island of Ibiza.

Orders with a delivery address outside of Ibiza cannot be processed through the online checkout.

3. Authorized customers

The purchase of alcoholic beverages is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.

By placing an order, the user represents that they are of legal age, that the information provided is accurate, and that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

4. Products and Availability

The products offered on the website may be subject to availability. In the event of a stock shortage or unforeseen circumstances, Italian Wine Import S.L. will notify the customer and may offer an alternative solution, request that the customer wait for restocking, or issue a refund for the amounts paid, as appropriate.

Product prices will be displayed in euros and will include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

For alcoholic beverages, Italian Wine Import S.L. or the delivery company may request proof of age at the time of delivery. If the recipient’s age cannot be verified, delivery may be refused.

9. Right of withdrawal

Where applicable by law, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason for their decision.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written notice to info@italianwineimport.com, including the order details and customer information.

10. Issues, Returns, and Refunds
