Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

1. Scope of Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, Italian Wine Import S.L. delivers only within the island of Ibiza.
Orders with a delivery address outside of Ibiza cannot be processed through the website.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability, the selected delivery time slot, the delivery address, or logistical circumstances beyond the control of Italian Wine Import S.L.
3. Order Receipt
The customer must check the condition of the order upon delivery. In the event of any visible issues, damage, breakage, or errors with the products received, the customer must notify info@italianwineimport.com as soon as possible.
4. Age verification
Since the website may sell alcoholic beverages, delivery may be subject to verification that the purchaser or recipient is at least 18 years old.
If it is not possible to verify that the recipient is of legal age, or if there are reasonable grounds for doubt regarding this, Italian Wine Import S.L. may refuse delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer protection laws, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, please send a written request to info@italianwineimport.com, including your full name, order number, the product(s) in question, and a valid contact method.
6. Return Policy
In order for a return due to cancellation to be processed correctly, the product must be returned in good condition, unused, and, whenever reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
The foregoing shall in no way limit the consumer’s rights if the product is defective, arrived damaged, or does not match the order placed.
7. Defective products or incorrect deliveries
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must notify Italian Wine Import S.L. as soon as possible so that we can determine whether to replace the product, arrange for its pickup, issue a credit, or provide a refund as appropriate.
8. Refunds
In the event of an accepted return or a validly exercised right of withdrawal, the refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase, unless both parties expressly agree on another method, within the legally applicable timeframes.
