Description

A white wine with a Mediterranean character, made from historic vineyards located 100 meters above sea level, on soils rich in white clay and calcareous-marly flysch, with a direct influence from sea breezes.

The wine is partially aged in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, aiming for a balance between freshness, body, and aromatic precision.

Six months of aging with bâtonnage on fine lees imparts depth, harmony, and a refined texture, while preserving the salty, elegant profile that defines this Vermentino.
